Job Description
BWD is hiring – we are looking for an project manager to join our team. The successful candidate should have experience in managing fast paced, digital projects and must enjoy e-marketing and have great client service skills.
Work Stuff
- Define project scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with a project team according to BWD’s methodologies.
- Prepare the necessary and relevant documentation to ensure a successful project.
- Organise and lead your project team.
- Prepare project timelines and assign resources.
- Set, track and report the progress of jobs using appropriate project management tools.
- Identify risks and effectively mitigate these with stakeholders.
- Manage project dependencies and workstream.
- Communicate expectations, risks, issues and progress on jobs.
- Negotiate with departments to source the right skills and resources for the job.
- Review, test and approve the final delivery of your project.
Requirements
- Relevant tertiary education.
- Stay abreast of current industry trends and technology
- A minimum of 3 years digital project management experience.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Attention for detail.
- A positive attitude.
- Experience in MS Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
