Some universities require students to do a 1-month internship at a marketing company or marketing department. In March we had 2 multimedia design students. The BWD Advertising team taught them as much as possible regarding practical side of graphics design basically how things work in real life. Besides being able to creeate great looking visuals, you need to be effective and effecient. In just 4 weeks, we also managed turned our design interns into Thought Leaders that can also do public speaking.
