Ludwekazi Ndlazi- young, passionate and determined. While many would deem her cool, calm and collected, she makes it her mission to relentlessly chase those deadlines. Holding a Bachelor of Technology in Business Management, her skills and expertise help her navigate through the world of work. This book lover and serial reader regards books as catalysts to the knowledge acquiring process. She believes growth encompasses constant evolution which can be achieved through intensive investment in self development.
A force to be reckoned with, she is an alumni of SABC 1’s One Day Leader. As one of the fourth season finalists, Ludwekazi debated on political, economic and social issues affecting South Africa. She further participated in discussions on various platforms, amongst these was a feature called Youth Parliament on Power Fm where she shared her views alongside other panelists as a young parliamentarian.
Understanding what it meant to thrive in an environment where communication, marketing and PR were tools used aggressively, Ludwekazi fine tuned her skills and techniques, while developing a strong work ethic. This ultimately led to her appointment as a Growth Hacker at BWD narrowing her focus down to putting her analytical skills into practice and devising strategic growth solutions. In simpler terms- Ludwekazi is determined to make growth the new mantra!
